Before a package starts, you can change to another class package, but a $35 service fee will apply for every package change. 2. All Presale, Discount, and Early Enrollment classes and Camp purchases are final sales, meaning no refunds or exchanges are allowed under any circumstances. 3. Drop-In Packages can only be used within the school year they were purchased. Any unused classes will expire at the end of the school year and cannot be exchanged for credit, cash, or future classes. For Drop-In classes, iLearn will not provide classwork and homework if a student misses a session. 4. For regular 13-class packages, there are no make-up sessions for missed classes, regardless of the reason for absence. If a student is unable to attend any class from the non drop-in class package, iLearn can accommodate with live Zoom streaming during the class time. However, no recorded sessions will be provided. iLearn will send classwork and homework to the student for their studies.
