Classroom Policies

i. Class Cancellation Policy: I understand that the "make-up" policy will not be continued in the new semester, starting from August 22nd, 2022. The system will deduct the class if students cancel the class (No matter what reason). iLearn Staffs will send the class materials to the students if she/he cancel the class.

ii. Class Freeze Policy: If a class session is canceled by management, rescheduling, exchange, or refund will be issued. If a student is ill with a doctor's note. Holds and “freezes” can be placed for a minimum of 2 weeks, up to 3 months, for a one-time $35 processing fee. Management requires 14-day notice prior to restart date to make arrangements; less than 14 days, an additional $35 processing fee will be charged, class spot not guaranteed.

iii. Class refund Policy: I understand all class Fall Presale and Early Enrollment purchases are final, and cannot be refunded or exchanged, no exceptions. All regular priced class purchases can returned under no use circumstances for a partial refund of 80% of class tuition, or full amount as store credit for package exchange, within 7 days of purchase. Partial refunds of 60% of class tuition , or full amount (less $100 processing fee) as store credit for package exchange are available after 7 days of purchase under the circumstances that the class package hasn't use, prior to the first class scheduled. No refund or exchange is available after the first class is used. All unused classes/hours remaining in the package are not exchangeable for other classes, camps, or other special events.

i. 课程请假政策: 补课机制将在2022年8月22日起正式取消。本人明白如因任何原因需要取消课程或缺席课程，都将从我预先购买的课程包中扣除费用且没有补课机制。缺席的课程将以课件形式由管理人员发送给学生。

ii. 停课政策: 如果课程被管理部门取消，管理部门会重新安排上课时间、换课或退款。如果学生生病并有医生证明，课程可以暂停最少2周，最多3个月，需支付一次性的35美元的手续费。重新开始上课14天之前，需告知管理部门以安排课程；少于14天时将额外收取35美元的手续费，上课时间不能保证。

iii. 课程退款政策：我明白所有预售课程和提前购买的任意折扣课程都是最终的，并且不能退款或交换，没有例外。在购买课程后的7天内且课程包没有使用的情况下，所有常规价格(没有任何折扣的价格)的课程购买均可退货，退款金额为课程学费的80%，或全额退款为教室的积分(手续费$35)。购买课程7天后且课程包没有使用的情况下，可将课程学费的60%部分退款，或全额退款(手续费100美元)为教室的积分。第一节课使用后，恕不退换。所有未使用的课程/小时数不能交换其他课程，夏令营，或其他特殊活动。
